Through videos and blog postings and interviews with experts in varied disciplines of meditation, family, health and wellness, we'll discuss what it means to meditate in the 21st century. We'll demystify the process of meditation and bring it to a place where it can be attained by just about anyone.

Guided Meditation Classes

As part of The Traveling Tarot's ongoing mission to help you live the BEST LIFE POSSIBLE, I am pleased to announce the creation of Guided Meditation classes. Beginning Friday, August 1st, 2014 I will be offering Guided Meditation classes to everyone! The classes will be held every Friday afternoon at 12:00pm CST and repeated the following Tuesday evening at 8:00pm CST. And the best part is, regardless of where you live on the planet, you can take part in these classes! All you need is an hour of quiet time and a phone.

Once you sign up for a class, you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with the number to call to connect to the conference call.* Take as many classes as you'd like. But keep in mind the focus of the meditation for each week will be different. So regardless of which week you sign up for, no two weeks of classes will ever be the same. Each week the topic for that week will be posted in the clickable link below.


These classes are designed for people who are interested in connecting to the divine through the art of mindful meditation in a non-denominational, welcoming, safe, spiritual environment. Guided Meditation is PERFECT for the beginner who's always wanted to learn the "ins and outs" of meditation, as well as the seasoned veteran who'd like to experience meditation in a whole new way.

Friday, August 1st 2014 and Thursday, August 7th, 2014: Meditation 101

In this class we will be exploring the past, present and future of meditation. We'll discover the health benefits of a daily meditation practice and the necessary role meditation should play in our ever expanding and busy 21st century lives. We'll also practice the basics of meditation which is all about breathing. Slowly, deeply, evenly, purposefully.
